Question about Birth certificate for I485

Hi

I am naturalized citizen and planning to apply green card for my mom who is visiting me now. I have few things in my mind before I apply.

I don't have birth certificate for my mom so I have got 2 affidavit from two uncle's of her. I have also got a certificate from muncipility office that there is no record of her birth registration.

My problem is that the certificate which I have got has couple of spelling mistake like her spouse and dad 's name spelling does not match as per her passport. Rest of her info are correct.

Is this a problem or should i just go with it.

Do I need to submit the original affidavit or a photocopy. If the original are lost than I may have hard time to get them.

Spelling difference doesn't matter much as long as they sound the same. At the USCIS stage you only need to submit a photocopy. However at the NVC stage you have to submit originals. So it's advisable to get more than one copy of the original of each document so you have your own copy when you've submitted them.
