Hi everyone,
my husband was denied a visa as a following to join derivative beneficiary 4 years ago for just honestly admitting experimental drug use in his younger years. Recently , i read the cdc updated instructons about screening of immigrants with history of drug use and it's a good news of my husband's case. I would like to know if i can request for reconsideration of his visa application instead of reapplying a visa again. I am still a permanent resident and will be eligible to start working my naturalization next month. My problem is, i am 37 years old and we don't have a child yet. We've gone a lot of hardships working on my fertility problems aside from being far apart. I hope someone can give me a good advice i can do to get my husband here asap.
