Is I-130 approval notice needed during interview

For an IR-5 (parent of US citizen) category, consular processing, do the applicant have to carry the I-130 approval notice while appearing for interview?

The appointment letter does not mention of it. But I just don't want to take any chances.

I will need to courier it to India in time in case it is must. And hence the question.

I received the NVC Welcome Letter but I realized that we don't have the I-130 anymore.
