I am an LPR and need to file I-751 to remove conditional after two years. Last October 2011 got a letter from USCIS congratulating me that the application was approved and will receive my new card within 60 days. December 2011 I havent received the card, I called the USCIS customer service saying that they mailed it October 11, 2011! I didnt get it! I got an email eventually, saying to replace a stolen/lost card you need to file I-90 and pay $450! what the heck! I didnt even get the card...why do i need to pay the whole process again? This is very ridiculous...
Local post office cant check it because theres no tracking number on the mail..geezzz
I need to travel to the Phils. by March and I know this will be a problem...Would you guys know If i really need to pay again the $450, money is sooo hard nowadays. please advice:-(
