Priority Date ?? - F4 Category

Hi,

Can anyone tell which year/month applications are being processed at the moment for F-4 Category (Bro/Sis of US Citizen) if priority date on approved I-130 is Dec 2008.

In other words, how many more years to wait till my application is processed.

For F4 VB is 8/15/2000... you got 8 or more years to go.

Do these dates change or they stay on course. I mean can 8 year waiting time change or increase?

Most of the time it moves 1 month/month but sometimes there is retrogression like what happened in 2010 where VB moved back by 1 to 2 years (depending on category).

my sister applied for me under I-130 and got the priority date of Feb 2012, now visa bulletin shows cutoff date as June 2002, however, my sister moved from the registered mailing address and online status depicts that we mailed the documents for your form I-130, if you donot receive your documents by Dec 30, 2009 then request for resending the documents. plz tell what to do now, my sister call NVC they said my case is terminated as we have not replied.
