My dad had TB (tuberculosis) about 10-12 years ago and he followed the full procedure and recovered completely. His recent chest x-rays show that he is free from TB but has a mass lump or a scar from the previous treatment. What should I do:

1. Declare that he had TB but now is fully recovered
2. Don't tell anyone
3. Will they deny visa if they find out if he had TB in the past?

I'm really really confused

Not telling the truth will be the biggest problem.

Medical Test Results (both skin and Xray) of a Kid in our family came positive. He had to take the medicine for 4 weeks. He was declared TB free after 6 weeks by the doctor and He received visa after doctor's report. This was about 10 Years ago.
