I am US Citizen and applying for Mothers Greencard. These are the documents that i am submitting. Can you take a look and let me know if i am missing anything?
1. Cover Letter (stating application type, application forms being submitted, supporting documents etc)
2. Form G 1145
3. Form I - 130
Money Order - $420
My (USC) Birth Certificate Copy
Naturalization Certificate Copy
My US Passport Copy (Is this needed?)
4. Form I - 485
Money Order - $ 985+ $ 85
2 Passport size Photos
Mothers Non-Availability Certificate (dont have her birth certificate)
2. Birth Affidavits (from her Mother and Father)
Mothers School Leaving Certificate Copy
Medical Exam Closed Packet
Mothers Passport Copy (all three passports)
I 94 Front and Back Copy
5. Form I 864
Copies of 2010, 2009, 2008 IRS Transcripts
Employer Offer Letter (From Aug 2011)
Recent 3 Months Paystubs
I am not putting down a co sponsor. Is it advised?
6. Form 131 (Advance Parole/Travel Document)
Separate sheet of Paper - explaining that Mother qualifies for Advanced Parole as she is
applying for I 485
Applying for Multiple Entry Advance Parole (is that a bad idea?)
7. For G 325 A
Is there a legal expert on this forum who i can email the completed forms to take a look?
