Applying Visa for Brothers/Sisters

Hi All,
I need some information because i am confused abou the steps to bring Brothers/Sisters to USA.

i believe following are correct steps to bring Brothers/Sisters to US. You can correct me if i am wrong?

1.Fill Seperate I-130 for each sibling.
2. Form i-864 (Afiidative of Support) SHOULD I SUBMIT i-864 WITH I-130 or wait untill siblings get visa number?????

3. Fill i-485, once sibblings are in USA.

2. no. Form I-864 is submitted when the PD is about to be current and upon instruction from NVC
3. No. This is not required for those who come via I-130 because the beneficiary will already have the immigrant visa before they enter US.

So to be clear,
i need to fill seperate i-130 form for each member, My passport copy, Copy of Naturalization Certificate,copy of my birth certificate and copy of each sibling's birth certificate for now?
