Confusion in police clearance certificate in India

Hello people... The PD of my petition is current in F4 category now and i have to send them some documents for each of the applicant.

There are four beneficiaries in this petition. Except me, everyone else's passport willl be issued in feb. My passport was issued 4 years back. All these passports were/are issued at bhopal. I am staying in Noida for the last four years though.

Can anyone tell me where from do i need to get the police clearance certificates from for me as well as for other applicants and what is the procedure for that?

1st PCC comes by applying to your local police station or to the Police Comissioners Office in your city.

This PCC you submit.

2nd PCC comes by applying to the regional passport office where your passport was issued.
