I-130 DCF New Delhi Questions

Hi All,

Planning to apply for I-130 DCF @ New Delhi , INDIA.

I am a USC , Came to India from US in July 11 and got married in Dec 11, I am working with the same employer in the US (working from home) from India.

Got few questions on the I-130 form, tried to search them here in the forums however did not find they yet, hope will get some help.


1) In Part B (Information about you)/Question#2-"Address" should this be my US address or my current addres where I stay in India?

2) Part C-19 "Your relative's address aborad": is this my US address where we intend to live or the Indian address where we currently live?
