I & my 3 year daughter has interview on 31st Jan 2012 for F2A immigrant visa. My husband who petitioner is in USA as per guldeline for my daughter interview both parents are require. As my hubby is in USA he will not be able to attend.
do i require email or letter stating that my hubby is not india & my wife will alone attend the same.
what are the other document require.
pls reply soon as 31st is very near by

He is not expected to be in India. He is expected in the U.S. No such letters are required.
