My mother has become a US citizen recently in 2012. We are planning to apply file petition under F3 category. What is the current waiting time period.
We lost our father in 2002 and my mother came to the USA on family based immigration through her sister (F4 Category) . Is there any special benefit for window under F3 category to call her married son/daughter and provide required support. I am staying with my mother from 4.5 years on H1 visa. One of my friend told me that i can pink card if I am staying in USA and mother is US citizen. No having any clue about this card.
