Processing time for Spouse sponsore GC.

Hello,
My spouse is a US citizen and applying for the GC based on marriage. I live in India.We would be submitting the I-130 next week. Could someone let me know how long does it usually take these days, to get the I-130 approved. And how long does the whole process (including the interview in india and issuance of visa) take on an average.
Are there any delays if one is in India vs any other country ?

Other than the processing times, there is no difference in terms of wait time for India vs any other category as there is no quota.
