Hi,
My wife would like to bring her brother to the US. He is however over 25 years old. Their mother just passed away but father is still alive and has a 10 yr visitor visa. She has been looking at student visa's but would like to have the quickest turnaround time. My only hesitation with student visa is that he does not have a good grasp of english yet and might be denied. What options do we have and is somewhat quick?
