Some Tax Information

My Parents has file for family based green card. If they accept the green card, Will they have to pay property tax for whatever they owned in their country?
Can anybody clear this things?

Property tax is on the property the person owns in the U.S. and not outside the U.S.

However, green card holders need to pay income tax in the U.S. on their worldwide income.
