I-130 pettion still no decision

Hi!
I filed I-130 for my husband.It is routed to California Service Center.My priority date is 30.06.11.Processing time for this form is 6 months, bud when I check My Case Status on USCIS web site it is still on INITIAL REVIEW.
Is it normal?
Processing time 6 months,bud 8monts still NO DECISION?
I don't know what to do!

Im on the same shoes with you....

My husband filed I-130 for me since 04.14.2011, and it's been 10 months with no decision. He called USCIS customer service on Nov 11, they told him "it's still on Initial Review, you should receive any decision within 160 days after today, if you do not receive any decision after 160, please give us call back"

Then my husband called again last couple days 02.28.12 and they had answered the same thing. Now I had asked several immigration lawyer, if we do not receive any decision after 1 year, we could sue immigration office to expedite our processing time.

Hope this is wont be necessary since it may takes 180 days to decision after you filed sue against USCIS. And I dont know how long will they take to process another form I485 right after I130 approved.
