Need advice on greencard please!
Hi!
My Wife and I got married in Scotland 6 weeks ago, and have been together nearly 2 years! She is a US citizen and i am a UK citizen! She is going back to the US in 2 weeks!
I am hoping to move over there, however i'm not quite sure what the best option is!
Would it be possible for her to apply for me to go over as her wife and obtain a greencard?
If not what would be the best option for us?
Any adivce anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
