During IV processing having a baby?

I am living USA as LPR. I am the petitioner for my wife. She will have the immigrant visa interview next month in the US consulate in there, also she is expecting a baby after the interview month.

Please let me know US immigration law if my wife having a baby after the IV interview or before the IV interview? . thank you very much.

After she has her immigrant visa but before she travels to the U.S. for the first time, she can contact the U.S. Consulate to get the immigrant visa for the baby.
