Attend interview in a wheelchar

My parents have an interview scheduled in Mumbai. My mother is not able to walk because of a problem in her leg.
- Would they let her use her own wheelchair inside the consulate? Or, would they provide one for her?
- Will this effect her case in anyway?

This situation and any other tricky questions that they need to watch out?
