Marriage Certificate GC

Hi There,

I got married in India with my partner who is US citizen and got Marriage certificate from India. I am h1b holder in USA, came back without any problem legally.

Is it better to apply for GC using my marriage of India or to celebrate my marriage here in USA?

Please advise.

Once you are married, you are married. You don't have to get married again and again to the same person.
