Petetion for parents on tourist visa by us citizen son from usa

Hello,

I am us citizen living in USA for 7 years My parents are on tourist visa form last 3 years.
I have questions regarding to petetion for their green card
if applying after my parents come to usa on visitor visa,

1. which form I have to apply with ?? I 130 or ! 485?
2. How long it will take like 6 months or more?
3. does I have to apply for extention or immigration provide extention if it takes longer than 6 month?
