I am planning on applying for my parents soon. I'm concerned about the difference in spelling from the way i did it and the way they have theirs done back home. for example, I have my last name in my passport and birth certificate as well as citizenship certificate spelled as "SAAD" . My father has our last name in his passport done as " SA'AD" as you can see there is ' . Same for my mom's first name. She has an apostrophe after one of the letters which i did not use. They cant change their passports or marriage certificate spelling since their US visitor's visa has it exactly as their passports (which is again, only spelled differently)
1) will this create an issue?
2) If it will be an issue, how can i fix this?
3) will a government issued letter from back home documenting that they are my parents fix this issue?
4) Do i also have to pay the I-130 for each parent or both will be one fee?
