Hello,
I am a US citizen and I applied for permanent visa for my parents. I have a sister who is going to be 18 this year. My parents got permanent visa after the interview but refused by sister as a dependent of my parent even though she is not 18 yet.
My question is what option do I have to being her along with my parents entry?
Should my parent apply for a visitor visa for my sister at that country and try get her in along with them? Then after she is here in US they can apply for I30 from here is US? What are my option on this. Its not possible to leave my sister just by herself and they come to US and stay for long period of time.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
