questions about NVC

Hallo!
My case is in NVC for F4 visa and my PD is july ,2003 .
I don't have anything from NVC yet, but I'm worried cause in 2003 I get married and I change my
surname, and since than I have 2 children, but they do not have that information for my family and me.
Should I send them all that information now, or I have to wait until they ask for documents?
