CR1 upgrade to IR /or IR
hi everyone,
Guidance needed.
We r just married, my wife is a LPR and is to naturalize soon. What should be our future course of action:
1] She files an alien petition for me, while still LPR and also applies for her naturalization, then latter upgrades my status from F2A to IR when she naturalizes or
3] She waits until her naturalization to put up a petition for me.
4] Which of the above options seems better in terms of lesser overall processing time taken.
5] Also what it the current overall processing time from filing to visa approval for F2A and IR
