I have a question for ask
i filled family based GC for my husband, we got married in our home country and returned to usa and after 1 mth did court marriage in usa. We couldn't file for marriage certificate in our home country due to time issues.
My question is on day of interview, how do i handle wedding pictures? as all wedding functions were done in our home country and nothing in usa (on court marriage day), so if i show wedding pic they will question that we got married before we did court marriage. AS i have filled wedding day as the date of our court marraige.
Some people adviced me to take my wedding pic(done overseas) n tell them u got married with ur customs in usa, but i m afraid if interviewer question me in detail as to where was wedding, wedding date, etc and i dont want to lie. Our court marriage was very simple (just like everyone in formal clothes).
Can anyone please advice as how to handle this.?
