I-130 form. Question about I-94

Hi there! I don't have my I-94 anymore because when I came to the US (11 years ago) I applied for a visa extension and had to send my I-94 with the application. What should I answer on the question about my I-94 on the I-130 form? Thank you

If you were granted the visa extension, then you were sent a new I-94 form. You may file form I-102, and at the very least show the receipt.
