Dear Friends,
My sister who is a citizen will be applying for Green Card for my parents soon. She is based in NY.
My parents will be spending some time in NY and majority of the time in ATL GA with me. I am a GC holder so I cannot apply for them.
1) Do we have a choice that we complete the finger printing and any interviews in Atlanta?
2) Which center will the application go to when we apply?
3) Which office will the interview / finger printing happen?
