My cousin Brother had appeared for visa (F2B)(Unmarried Sons and Daughters under 21)Greencard interview in 2006 october, The consulate delayed the visa and the package and passport including visa was sent to home in December 2007.
Mean while he got married in March 2007.
He will be getting US citizenship in March 2013, after that he will file for Greencard for his wife.
Question:
Our question and concern is will there be any issues or questions from USCIS about the marriage before getting the visa. He got married between Visa interview and approval of visa. Will there be any problem with that, Since he was given F2B as unmarried son category.
The Visa Interview was in October 2006
