Hello All, I am LPR from Bangladesh since June 2008. I applied I-130 for my wife (approved, consular processing Dhaka, Bangladesh; Priority Date 28 Oct 2010). My wife has been in Canada on student visa since August 2011 and have 5 yr multiple entry USA B-2 visa. With that background, when the visa no becomes available, is it possible to transfer her case from Dhaka and do adjustment of status (I-485) in US? She is expecting to graduate by December this year. I would like her to join me here once she finishes her degree and do 485 (if possible here). Please let me know what you think. Or suggest any place to get information from. Thanks a lot.
