Hello,
I was wondering if I need to send in passport photos with my application to remove the conditions on my resident card? (I-751). On the I-751 Instructions pages they don't mention any photos to be sent. I know I had to send in two photos for my first conditional card but the instructions don't say for the removal of conditions.
Also, I have a huge stack of papers. Can you guys tell me if it's enough evidence please.
2010 and 2011 tax returns
Bank statements
Credit Card statements
Copy of our lease for our apartment
Copies of our lease agreement and finance papers for two vehicles
Previous statements of our one vehicle before we refinanced
Multiple insurance ID cards for our vehicles
Cellphone bills
Utility bills
Internet bills
Copies of our health insurance cards
Copies of our Walmart credit cards and statements
Copy of our itinerary for our trip over seas in December 2011
Copy of our international health insurance for our trip over seas
I have multiple statements and they are roughly six months apart in dates for some bills.
Does that look like enough evidence? We are not hiring a lawyer since we more than enough evidence.
Do you have to go in for an interview or can they remove the conditions if you send in enough evidence?
thanks in advance
