Green Card through sister

Hello,

My sister got U.S Citizenship two weeks ago. And she is full time employee of Maryland state government.

I was in US for 6 years (2 years MS and 4 years H1B). I recently visited to India on vaction and got stuck with 221g query. I have submitted all required papers and WAITING.

My wife is on F1 visa, currently doing MBA in a good university.

My question is, Can my sister sponsor green card for me now? How long it will take? Can I apply when my H1B visa under 221g? Can she also sponsor to my wife?

How to check priority dates? Please help me....!!!

You will be in F4 category. With the current VB it will take 12 or more years for you to get a visa.

I have no clue...VO asked me couple of questions about my employee employer relationship. It's been 3 weeks...I have submitted all the required documents...Just waiting.

In 6 years of USA life..I don't have any driving tickets, or any other incidents.

I have one more questions, How much it will cost to apply FB green card? Thanks
