Green Papers??

Hello,
I'll be getting married to a Canadian citizen in a couple months, we're having the wedding here in the states and she's been here on a B-2 Visa since the end of January. We want to apply for the Green Card as soon as we get married. Which forms do we need and where can we get those forms? Can I download the forms from a government website and mail them in when we're ready? I'm looking forward to hearing back from you, thanks in advance for your help!

Technically you can apply the next day.

Since since been here for such a short period, question arises that how long do you know her? It may also sound suspicious in front of a IO.

You can go to the USCIS website and download all the necessary forms, fill them and send them along with the filing fees.
