How to check case Status??

For visa inquiries, E-mail: [email protected]

Send an email to above email address requesting status of you petition. Wait for four weeks before you ask for status update.

Include your name, petitioner's name and NVC/ USCIS Case Number in the email.

I have mailed them and havnt get any reply back its been more then 10days

You are too impatient. You sent the docs on Apr4 and embassy received them few days later, then two weeks later you are asking for status update.!!! You are going to be in AP for long time. So Be PATIENT.

But I mailed them ...
Then VFS member replied me saying that your email is forwarded to Delhi embassy..we will tell you when we get reply of it

It's been like more than 2month and 15 days since I been waiting..and been almost 1month after deposited required documents..
What is next they want???

Should I ask for status ..
As they are saying that status updates every week??..
I am having three month vaccations ..

What is the reason for rejection.

It was my step mom who filed a petition against me..
The reasons were the petitioner and beneficiary's father have married for immigration purpose.the natural parents of beneficiary maintain a normal husband wife relation and petitioner and beneficiary's father have never co resided.

When my petition was filed I was 20year and 5 month old and my petition got approved day before I turned 21 and then I got my interview letter after an year ..
My interview was on 27th of Feb..
When I was 22..
Will my age affect my visa?

Is this true? Your petition was approved a day before you turned 21? Were you able to process your visa and get an interview?

My case Which was denied is being Approved again and they send my case for visa processing to dept of state or national visa centre.. will it take normal time or should get interview date soon?? or whats gonna happen next??
