What are the steps after filing I-130 and I-485 together in USA for mom.

Can someone share someone their experience. how long does it take tget the GC.

I have applied concurrently soI donot have the approval for 1-130 yet. But, I have got the RFE on I-485 for medical which I did not sent with the application. We have Biometric appointment next week.

I am trying to understand how much time it take to get the interview. Can we have interview before I-130 approval.

Latest I have heard is that it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 months for the process to complete. You are worrying too much!

I am worrying because my mom is never able to give good FP as her fingure prints are never very clear beacsue of deformed shape.

That's why I was wondering what are other options if her FP is never clear from FBI.

I believe they will ask to get her fingerprints once more...if it doesn't work out for the second time then the USCIS will advise you what to do.
