Help, affidavit of support I-864

Hi,
Me, my wife and aunt total 3 of us did the tax files together and aunt was there as a dependent. She doesn’t work. She filed I-130 for someone and now NVC is asking for I-864. My question is-

1. Aunt doesn’t work, but she is as a dependent in our joint tax file. Is it okay she can use our tax paper when she filled I-864? Or she needs to do fill out some other shorts of papers.

Pls help me giving some suggestions.

She can the 1040 form that shows she is a dependent. what is her status in the US? is she on B1/B2 non-immigrant visitor visa?

Actually she is like 52 years old and she is green card residence since 6/7 years. She has some major health issues, so she can't do any work. We do our tax file (1040EZ), showing her as a dependent. This joint tax paper will be okay for NVC associate to I-864? Or she needs sponsor from somebody else?

She need to send your tax paper which will prove that she does not have any income and she is a dependent. I hope you have enough income to support the visa applicant, your aunt and immigrants you sponsored in last 10 years. Also send a note along with I-864 stating that the petitioner is a dependent. (most likely NVC people will overlook the dependent info and a note will HELP)
