Spouse Name Endorsement in Passport

Hello

I am a citizen of United States, after 3 year of marriage I got my wife the green card stamped in her passport. my question is she have got her passport after our maariage and just included her last name as of her Fathers name. During immigration interview US embassy did not ask any question on this.
I am just going to bring her in next few week to US. will there be any issues if my name not endorsed in her passport. will she be questioned by the Indian Immigration/US Immigration while her entry to US.
Can any one answer me.

As long as the Name on the VISA Packet/VISA Sticker matches with name on the Passport , Indian or US authority should not have any problem with it. Also keep in mind that in many countries/regions the girl does not change her last name after marriage.

You are right. My wife is us citizen and i am going to apply for citizenship next year. My wifes last name doesn't match with my name. Immigration officers know the fact better than us. So, don't worry about it.

It doesn't make any difference, you can present your marriage certificate in case they ask for evidence that she is your wife. good luck
