  • Question about FP and PCC

    Guru's

Finger print of my Mom (70+years) is rejected by FBI and she has received 2nd notice for FP and I am sure it will also be rejected because her FP is never cleared. So I would like to know someone what should I do. I hear that Police clearance certificate may be needed . Is it true. Can I get this PCC from Ind embassy. Will they issue this PCC for last 5 year while she is here from last couple of month. How long does it take to get it.

    Thanks

PCC is required from the applicants for all countries they lived in 6 months or longer after they attained 18 yrs of age. So if they reject their fingerprints again which is most likely then I suggest that you start prepare PCC as of today, nothing will harm...you will gain time., this is my humble advice.

Message on status of application of my mom says the following message after submitting an RFE. What does it mean to me. Does any one know if this is normal and sign of anything for moving forward. Please share any experience.

"Petition (1-130 and I-485) to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made"

I advise you to call the customer service center of the USCIS and ASK TO TALK WITH a SECOND TIER AGENT, he/she will explain you what is going on with your Mom application. Good Luck.
