Need urgent help here. I had submitter my I-751 6 months ago. I answered No to the question "Have you ever been convicted of a crime, or committed a crime for which you were not arrested". However, 2 months before I filed, I had a minor at-fault car accident that I didn't file a police report for. When I was filing the I-751, I thiught this situation did not matter because this is a traffic violation, nobody was hurt, and the damage to vehicles was minimal. But there's a record of the accident on my insurance, so I assume it can be traced. So how can I correct this, since I don't have any police reports or court documents. What can I do to make sure I don't get deported over this? It was my very first day of driving, and I just panicked! I want to make sure I don't pay for this for the rest of my life.

I think you have nothing to worry about...everyday people get car accidents...since you haven't been arrested nor got to the court...etc (you haven't been drunk when the accident took place) so why you are worry...having something on your insurance policy has nothing to do with immigration...the question is clear...have you ever been arrested, have you been to the court? Simply no...cool down my friend...bye...good luck.
