    Yes, she can travel.
But she must maintain her Green card . that is if she stays out of US for too long (more than one
year and her GC is cancelled. it will be a problem.

V visa is only for I-130 petitioned in or before 2000.

Anyway, the current wait time for spouses of GC holders is roughly two and a half years.

          @ peace999:
          Thanks again dear....

Previously, as you said that "the current wait time for spouses of GC holders is roughly two and a half years".

Is it a rule to wait two and a half years after filing I-130 petition or it is rough idea?
And I belongs to Pakistan now, should i wait for the the same time period or the case will be different in this regard???

          Waiting for reply.........

            I am sorry.
Actually what I meant was , currently they are giving visas to people whose F2A petitions(Spouses of GCs) were filed roughly two and a half years ago.
THis is true for all nationalities.

In future, the processing times can go up or go down depending on no. of petitions with
            US Immigration.
When your turn comes, US embassy will send you a letter in Pakistan.

Visit travel.state.gov and look at visa bulletin.

2.5 years is what EVERYONE for in your category has to wait. Your priority date (when I-130 filed) is your place in line and it takes about 2.5 years for you to reach the front of the line and have your case near its completion (interview).

Being from Pakistan chances are you will undergo Administrative Processing (additional background check) after your interview but before you yet your visa. AP may take a few weeks to a number of months to be completed so you may find persons with an identical priority date to yours get their visas in hand long before you do.

What documents requried to file I-130 petition?

Thanks aaydrian & peace999 for such a helpful information...

Brother, I am little bit confuse regarding how to file I-130 petition and what documents are required to fiel that petion? I will be very greatful to you people if you tell that should i also submit sponsorship documents of affidavit of subbort form (I-864 or I-134 form) with I-130 at the time of submission or these documents will be submitted when the case is current?

If i choose not to send affidavit of support, I-864 form with I-130 petition, will it be OK?

Plz, guide me in this regard...

                Thank you all...
