  • I-130 documentation Required

I want to apply Family Based Immigration for my sister. I need to file
"I-130 Pettion for Alian Relative" now. (i) Do we also need to file "I-134
Affidavit of Support" at the same time or not? (ii) Do we also need to
attach sister's passport? (iii) Do we also need to attach sister's marriage
    certificate?

I spent 4 or 5 hours reading lots of threads but unable to find the
    information. Please post your feeback/advice.

    Thanks in advance

1)- You don't need to file I-134 at the time of I-130 petition submission. Affidivait of support form should be I-864 instead of I-134 which will be submitted when your case is current.
2)- Passport copy is required not original.
3)- Marriage certificate is not required according to instructions of I-130 but you can attach.

    Good luck...

File the I-130 along with proof of relationship and the fees. This is all you need for the time being till her priority dates becomes current. You are looking at close to 11 years.
