planning to file GC for mother

my mother is 63 year old. we are planning to apply for her GC as we both are citizens. she is in US now on B2 visa. planning to to file i-130 and 485 concurrently. My question is on vaccination. Can someone please tell in their experience, what are the vaccination does she needs to take ? the list in immihelp and the form i-693 has a list of vaccinations... it would be really helpful if someone please post their experience on what are teh vaccinations ??? thanks in advance.
