hi i became a Conditional permanent resident in may 2011 through marriage to my wife who is a Us citizen.in March 2012 we divorce out of anger and got the divorce with mutual consent.in two days of getting my divorce decree we went to court and set it aside and we are back together as married couple.now i am due for removing my conditions in may 2013,i dont know should i file for joint petition or should i file for a waiver.pls help.i have all the documents for both (if i have to do the joint petition or waiver)

My vote is for joint petition, Since you are married now, you don't have the option to apply under the waiver. It is very very HARD to get a green card under waiver (with your situation). Even people who entered into marriage in good faith have hard time getting green card with waiver, and don't forget about $$$ you pay to lawyers. Joint petition should be simple and easy in you case and should not cost you too much even if you go through a lawyer.
