    Is it possible to re-apply a family based green card for my sister?

    I am a US citizen and had filed green card for my sister 10 years. But it got rejected last year due to the failure in submitting some documents (their marriage certificate) on time. Now they have those docs ready with them. Can I reapply for green card for her again retain the old priority date?
