Family based filing - when i-140 via employment is approved

My Labor and i140 got approved last year via employment based immigration filed by my employer. But now i decided to go with Marriage Based GC.
So while filling the i485 form, i am not able answer the following question "Have you ever applied for permanent resident status before" under
Part 3. Processing Information, Section A. - I am not sure what to write here.
i 140 by definition is "Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker" - But not sure will it come under the application for permanent resident status.

Please guide what to write here.
