Hi Everyone,
Its almost a year since my wife and I were interviewed for AOS I 130. She is a US citizen, I am the beneficiary for I 485. We were told by IO that some documents were needed and we will be informed by mail what, when and where to send. 7 months later( this Feb) we recieved RFE and we send the required docs( My wife's div decree from her previous marriage and a few bills etc) by mid march. Now its been 4 months after that, still no answer. Should I wait 1 more year to get a permanent GC or start calling them for conditional. Info pass, e request and phone request didn't help. Any suggestions, views will be highly appreciated.
