Immigration Visa for parents of US citizen

Hi,

I am a US citizen and want to apply for immigrant visa for my parents. However, my father uses 'Singh' as his last name, my mother uses 'Kaur' as last name, and I use 'Arora' as last name.
I want to know if i file I130, how can we address this last name conflict? Please help.

Submit your birth cert & other documents like school records that show your name and your parent's name.

It is ok if the parents last name are not same. It is very common in many countries. It is also OK if your last name does not match with your mother or father's last name. In this case, your birth certificate/school certificate will prove child-parent relationship. So as long as both parents name is on the birth certificate, you will be fine.
On I-130 form, write parents last/first name as its written on their passports if they have it.
If they don't have passports then write parents names as it written on your birth certificate.
