Does one have to file a form after the completion of the bar period to enter into the United States? My family based immigration has come through but due to a 10-year bar owing to my overstay I am not allowed to immigrate until 2014 when the bar expires. Would I have to file another form (waiver) like I-192 or I-212 or I-601 to enter U.S.A.?
I have read somewhere that a documentary proof will have to be shown to the border post explaining the expiry period of the bar and no form is required. However, any one who has experienced a similar circumstance may please guide me. Thank you.
