I filed I130 and I485 for my mother in last week of march 2012 and it is almost 5 month since I filed . I have not heard anything after that. I had received RFE for medical and Tax transcripts in April which I already mailed.

Since then I have not heard anything. I called Coustomer Service on phone but no satisfactory answer. I heard that it does not take that long.

What should I do. Any advice.

GC for Mom

It has been more than 5 month for my mothers' s I-130 application no decision is made yet. I filed both I-130 and I-485. Although, national service center and CSC average processing time for such cases is 5 month. Which is over now. What are my options. Please help me the guru's of this field.
