Green Card for overstay parent

Hi experts,
I will be naturalized later this year. Can i file green card application for my overstayed (stayed after visa expired) parents?

Yes!

Yes , you can but if they are still in US and plan to overstay more,
send them back. If they overstay more than 180 days, they would invite
a ban to enter even on a green card for a specific period.
